Salary: $8,160 – $9,000

The Administrative Assistant will be part of the full time WSUP team based in Madagascar, will support and assist the Country Programme Manager and WSUP Madagascar team with all administrative, logistical and HR Management duties. This includes staff management, asset management, management of staff trips, insurance, programme assistance, finance support, procurement, contract management and funding assistance.
The Administrative Assistant will be recruited to work on a full time basis as a member of the WSUP Madagascar team. His/her terms of employment will be mutually agreed and will be based on current WSUP terms for full time staff which are suitably competitive within this sector. This is likely to be on the basis of a fixed term employment contract initially for 1 year with possible extension. The post will include a probation period of 3 months.
